So this is bye. For the moment anyway.

My Little Big Planet level, ‘The Third Floor’ has been finished and can be found on LBP by searching for it, or @leharv.

I had fun creating it and had fun with this little (ev) project. However I’m moving on to something new and fresh and what the hell’s electricvision anyway?

Project Update 01 :Planning: “We are out of Giraffes”

It’s been exactly a week since I presented my game/level idea to rapturous acclaim. Ok, one or two people clapped. So I thought I’d keep to my word and write a quick update on how the projects coming along, for my benefit, and hopefully yours to.

So I’ve spent today roughing out my level plans. Interestingly I have a solid start in place with a good amount of detail. I find it really interesting working on a level plan. Here’s something that I’m going to create, that I think’s fun, for other people to play. God I hope it’s fun to play. The way I look at it is, if it’s fun for me, at least that’s one person that’s happy.

I’ve been toying with the idea of uploading some of my level plans up here, but, I think it would kill my momentum, so instead I’d like to also use this post to point you in the direction of some interesting things I’ve recently chewed and spat out; enjoy!

Interesting shooter using the ‘Unity’ web software. You play against users that have there movements logged after they die.

Welcome to electricvision’s blog.

This will be the home of ‘The Third Floor’ project for the next six months and I plan on giving monthly updates on my progress. These updates will be in different forms, ranging from video diaries, to screenshots, to artwork created for the level.
